Getting to the apartment



I am arriving early in the morning, can I enter the flat right away?

You enter our flats by 2 pm. It is possible to enter earlier, only in the case that previous guests had left the flat before 12:00 at the day of Your arrival. In the case the flat was empty the day before Your arrival, then it is possible to enter early in the morning. In any case, the best for You would be to ask us about that before You arrive.

Who will give me the keys?

One of our operators will wait for You at the apartment address. When You arrive, You will enter the apartment with him where he will give You the keys .

I arrive late at night. What then?

You may enter the flat around the clock,but please, let us know , especially if You expect to arrive late at night, or early in the morning.

About payment

Can I pay in euro or another currency?

The payment is made in EUROS or dinars, by  course at the National Bank of Serbia. There are many exchange offices located close to our flats, so a foreign currency won’t be a problem.

Can I pay by a card or a check

For now, it is only possible to pay in cash. There are many ATM-s located near to our apartments, so it will not be a problem to get cash.

Can I pay at the and of my stay?

The payment is made only in advance, when You are given the keys.

Staing in the our apartments

Can I use the flat together with my friends ?

You can receive visits at our flats.  So, Your friends can visit You in our apartments.

Do I have to carry my own towels and bedding with me?

All our apartments are provided with bedding and towels.

Home roules

  • The smart apartment is rented by the day. Checkout time is noon, unless the contract states otherwise.
  • You are allowed to receive visitors, provided that they follow the our rules
  • Please carry your valuables with you, we are not guarantee their security and will not be responsible for your stolen belongings.
  • Guests are asked to look after equipment with care. The guest shall pay for any damage make.
  • Guests are not allowed to make loud noise or  disturb their neighbours, especially between 2 pm and 5 pm, as well as between 10 pm and 9 am.
  • If you have any questions, or problems, please call the SMART APARTMENTS office at some of our numbers, or call the person who gave you the keys
